A 3-night weekend rental (Friday delivery through Monday pickup) for outdoor weddings up to 150 guests. The trailer is fully stocked and in place for the rehearsal dinner Friday and removal Monday. Repeat customers pay $1,295 per event instead of the standard $1,495 single-use rate.
Corporate Event

A single-day rental, any day of the week, for company outings, golf tournaments, off-sites, and corporate gatherings. Delivered, set up, and serviced — professional from arrival to pick up. Repeat customers pay $1,095 per event instead of the standard $1,295 single-use rate.

How many guests does the trailer serve?

Our 2-stall trailer comfortably serves up to 150 guests for a 6-hour event. For weddings with full bar service, we recommend planning around 125 guests for the best experience. Above 150 guests or 6+ hours, we typically suggest pairing the trailer with additional units or your venue's existing facilities.
Where do you deliver?

We serve a 60-minute radius from Bellville, Ohio — including Columbus and metro suburbs (Worthington, Westerville, Dublin, New Albany, Bexley, Powell), Mansfield, Mt. Vernon, Newark, Granville, Wooster, Marion, Delaware, Loudonville, and Ashland. Need delivery outside this radius? Reach out — we can usually accommodate with a travel surcharge: $200 (60–90 min drive) or $400 (90–120 min).
Does the trailer need a water or electrical hookup?

No hookups required — the trailer is fully self-contained with onboard freshwater and waste tanks plus a generator. That said, if your venue has a standard 30-amp RV outlet and a garden hose spigot, we can optionally plug in (quieter, no generator noise) and refill water for longer events. Either way, we make it work. This is the key difference between us and most premium competitors, who require venue hookups.
What are the trailer's dimensions and surface requirements?

The trailer is 41 ft long × 10 ft wide × 11 ft tall. It needs to sit on level ground — grass, gravel, dirt, or pavement all work. We need clear access for the tow vehicle to drop it off, and the placement area should have at least 12 ft of overhead clearance (worth flagging if your venue has low tree canopies, covered drives, or low-hanging structures along the access path).
What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations 30+ days before your event receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations 14–30 days out retain 50% of the deposit. Inside 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable — but it converts to a full credit toward any future booking within 12 months.
